WEEKLY RENTALS :

ALL INCLUDED IN THE FEE FOR RENT ( utilities and cleaning *)

Where there is an air conditioning electricity will be billed by meter reading

Use of heating , during the low season if necessary, gas consumption meter reading

MONTHLY :

Final cleaning included in the rent *
Consumption of water, gas and electricity according to meter reading
* The accommodation must be left in any case in order with the kitchen clean ( if not done , will be charged € 50.00)

PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:

Set of bed linen per person / € 10.00 per change (service available at your request)

Baby bed € 15,00 per week ( Sevizio on request)

Final cleaning € 30.00 extra for domestic animani (required)

BOOKING :

Reservations for stays in an apartment or house can be made at the agency directly on-site , by phone or e-mails are valid and the payment of a deposit equal to 30 % of the hire , through direct remittance , money order or bank transfer. Can also be booked in conjunction with the beach service with umbrellas and sunbeds. The balance must be paid upon delivery of the keys , and that is the entrance into the estate .
Together will be paid a security deposit of € 100.00, which will be returned upon departure after inspection of the property minus any breakages. Any complaints must be reported immediately to the Agency.

The accommodation will be made available on Saturday after 16:00 and must be vacated by people and things, in order, by 10:00 am on the last day on the reservation .

Pets are welcome , but only if authorized by us upon request at time of booking (if allowed).

The Agency Millennium is available to its customers for setbacks , difficulties , including personal information and various tourist in order to ensure a peaceful and relaxing holiday
